Default The Upcoming Wedding! (Spoilers?)
As the wedding draws nearer, I was just wondering what you all are expecting and hoping for.

I think it'd be really cool if they did it like when the Mad King Thorn comes once every couple of hours. That way it could be a community thing, but I'm expecting an instanced olafstead instead.

Also, any thoughts on when we might see it? I'm thinking wintersday.

I'd like to see the Man in Black and his Spaniard partner bust in and kidnap the bride.

The wedding will be peaceful (John was the one to say it I think). But that doesn't mean we won't have to run some errands before.

I think there will be a leftover Mursaat boss that will crash the wedding and the player and the happy couple will have to save the wedding, it sounds very Anet-ish

I believe that running errands will be the case. I can see that we might need a Keg of Aged Hunter's Ale for the Bachelor(ette) party or even Vabbian wine for the reception.

Better yet, the wedding should take place at Grendich Courthouse.

waiting for the gate crashers (destroyers or charr...) that we have to fend off whilst the couple exchanges vows....then onto the drinking competition at the reception...can you out drink Magni????

Hm... the only thing I'd like is a nice place for the wedding to happen.
I doubt it will use a new area, but I'd love that.
Some place... churchy, you know. With those rays of light you had in pre-searing... in some place with stained glass windows like those seen in the Catacombs and the Isle of the Dead...

Oh, and a piece of asuracake. I've been told that I'm getting asuracake.
If the asuracake is a lie, I'll kill all the guests while they yell to me: "You monster!".

I hope it'll be something like the Tihark Orchard mission, where there are lots of random and fun activities. Also, maybe the Norn could contribute some of their Alemoot traditions (and some of their ale!). More drinking games = moar funz!

Maybe we could go on a quest to find a giant stripper-cake for the bachelor party and a couple male Norn exotic dancers for the ladies? I hear they have huge... poles (to dance on! )

not only does Ascalon need a holiday/event but its also Gwen's home...i think it would be sentimental and great
